Welcome to Benchbarr. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Benchbarr website and your purchase of our personalized custom mugs.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Products
Benchbarr sells personalized custom mugs.
Because our products may be made according to customer-provided specifications, customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization information submitted with an order is correct, including names, text, images, and other customization details.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Minor differences in appearance may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, materials, or other production characteristics.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to products that do not conform to the contract.
4. Prices and Payment
All product prices and applicable charges will be displayed during the purchasing process before the order is placed.
Standard shipping within Finland is free.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information and for completing payment using an available payment method.
5. Orders and Contract
When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
After receiving an order, Benchbarr will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.
The order confirmation will contain relevant information about the purchase.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will inform the customer and handle any payment received in accordance with applicable law.
6. Personalization
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.
This includes spelling, names, text, images, and other information supplied for customization.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible if the personalized product has already been prepared.
If an item has been correctly produced according to the personalization information provided by the customer, the customer may not be entitled to a refund solely because the customer entered incorrect personalization information or changed their mind.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming products.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Benchbarr currently ships to Finland only.
Standard shipping is free.
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days.
After processing, delivery normally takes 2–4 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is therefore 4–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing goods online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Finnish law, subject to applicable exceptions.
Personalized products made according to the customer's specifications may fall within an exception to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the applicable withdrawal period, conditions, and refund rights will be governed by Finnish consumer protection law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any mandatory consumer rights.

9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the agreement, please contact us promptly.
Please provide your order number and relevant information about the issue. Photographs may be requested where appropriate.
Benchbarr will handle valid complaints and provide the remedy required under applicable Finnish consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable Finnish consumer protection law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in our return policy or these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
11. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete an order and delivery.
This includes the customer's name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and personalization information where applicable.
12. Website Use
Customers agree to use the Benchbarr website lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the website or its services.
We may update website content, product information, prices, and availability when necessary.
Any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless required or permitted by applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
The Benchbarr website and its original content, branding, designs, graphics, text, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.
